Ligatta was founded by two visionary entrepreneurs: Josep Mª Gili, Financial Director and Antonieta Bosch, Creative Director with experience in companies within the sector, with the idea to unite artisanal craftmanship with an innovative industrial approach to the manufacturing and distribution of ties and foulards. Over time, we have expanded our product range to include shirts, polos, and swim shorts, always with the goal of providing solutions for our clients.
backWhat began as a 60 m² room has, room has gradually grown into a fully, grown into a fully owned 6,000 m² factory, alongside our design studio in Como (Italy), which now houses more than 40 years of archives and exclusive collections.

Today, the company is managed by its second generation, Meritxell and Juan Ramon Oliva, together with the third, Jan Viladomat, who have inherited both the passion for fashion and the expertise in business management, thus ensuring the continuity of the innovative and artisanal spirit that has always characterized Ligatta. More than five decades later, we remain faithful to our essence: creating men’s fashion and accessories with excellence and European know-how, combining artisanal tradition, modern technology, and exclusive design.
